Your contract is with WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, registered at Room 505, 5th floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The company sells the goods, ships them, collects payment on delivery, handles returns and the guarantee, built this website and runs its advertising and Google Ads campaigns.

02How to reach it

Email info@thalastbay.com, or use the contact form. The desk is open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time; an email is answered within 2 working days. Personal data matters go to privacy@thalastbay.com, answered within 30 days.

There is no telephone line for enquiries. When you place an order the desk phones you to confirm it; that call is the only time the company rings you.

03Law and disputes

The contract is governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without taking away from you the mandatory consumer rules of your own country or the right to go to your own courts. Complaints begin with the desk; if that does not settle them, an out-of-court dispute body in your own country can take them up. More in the terms of sale.
