01Who runs the shop

Everything on this site belongs to one company, WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED. It built the website and runs it, it runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns that bring visitors here, and it holds those advertising accounts. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator.

The same company buys the goods and owns the stock, takes the order, confirms it by phone, ships it, collects the payment from the courier on delivery, and handles returns, refunds and the guarantee. It is also the controller of your personal data.

02What is sold here

A small range in five departments: workshop tools, cordless and power tools, gadgets and gear, home comfort and lighting. The list is kept short so that each item can be checked before it is offered.

Every item can be ordered on its own page, and the price shown there is the price in your country, in your currency.

03Where it is delivered

Every item page takes the order for the countries it is offered in, among Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal and Spain. Delivery costs the buyer nothing and payment is made in cash to the courier. The details are on the shipping and payment pages.

04How to reach the desk

Write to info@thalastbay.com or use the contact form. The desk is open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time, and an email is answered within 2 working days. For anything about personal data, privacy@thalastbay.com goes to the person responsible for it.
